Context
Project for the Artistic Aptitude Test of the Artistic Production Course with specialization in Textiles where the theme was “Family Heritage and Patrimony”. In this way, we were asked to create a two or three-dimensional textile object in mixed techniques, where the dynamics, memories and family heritage of each student were identifiable.

My concept
Landscape is a theme that fascinates me, because it is constantly changing and the way we understand it from our senses. Vision will be the most prevalent of the senses, when talking about Landscape, but it is not the only one. We can also understand the space by the smells and sounds.
It is also interesting to realize that the landscape has elements and aspects relating to the past and the present, who often coexist in the same space and thus connect very well to the theme working this school year, between the past and the present.
As for Memory, it is always seen as a reminder of something that happened and that was stuck in the past. But, with this concept I intend to bring to the present what is no longer here, what is absent. Memories of this place that cannot be forgotten and that I wish to remain in everyone's memory.
Somehow, these two concepts are interconnected, so they were worked together. Between the past and the present, I tried to reinterpret landscapes and memories and in the process discover more about my family's origins.
