I picked a non-franchise local restaurant and redesign their menu, as well as a few other things they would use. I had to take into considering their locations, their target audience, genre of cuisine, and price range.
I designed the menu as an accordion fold because their tables are close together. Doing a vertical menu would give customers room to look at the menu without bumping into the person next to them. It also makes a good to-go menu.
