BBQ on the leather is a documentary about the South American gaucho and his traditional style of cooking meat. Originally planned for the web in three installments, the project has grown and a full length documentary is on the way.
The "churrasco", as it's called in Brazil, or "asado", in Uruguay and Argentina, is the most important aspect of the gaucho lifestyle that is still alive in the everyday life of the inhabitants of the southern end of the American continent.
