Multiple effects of global warming. Rising sea levels, melting glaciers, severe drought, drinking water shortages, loss of food security etc. In addition to less nutritious food, the effect of global warming on human health is also expected to be serious.
Even 1.5 degrees of warming will have catastrophic effects, including more intense storms, heat waves, mass extinctions, and droughts. If we hit 2 degrees of warming, the effects will be even worse. Coral reefs would decline by 70-90 percent with global warming of 1.5°C, whereas virtually all would be lost with 2°C.
