I created 4 illustrations for an 'Endangered Species' campaign:
- Sri Lankan Grey Hornbill (Ocyceros gingalensis)
- Sri Lankan Leopard (Panthera pardus kotiya)
- Sri Lankan Sloth Bear (Melursus ursinus inornatus)
- Sri Lankan Grey Elephant (Elephas maximus maximus)
The leopard and sloth bear are known to be sympatric (found in the same locations).
The biggest threat to leopards and elephants are human-animal conflicts in rural areas of the country.
