Angkringan is similar with Japanese's Oden. But Angkringan are focusing on roasting the food instead boiling the food in hotpot. People who eat in angkringan at night, usually drink warm beverage such as coffee, orange juice, sweet tea and STMJ(Susu(milk), Telor(egg), Madu(honey) and Jahe(ginger). For the cold beverage, would be homemade tea or bottled tea. Angkringan is one of Indonesian culture.
