I originally created three sample labels for this company to demonstrate my design abilities to the CEO. Based on those designs, he contracted me to create a label for the micro-distillery’s flagship product: an organic, small-batch limoncello. After a conversation with the distillery owner, I chose to use a beautiful, handwritten font and a custom illustration of a lemon. The final product contained all the minimalism and simplicity I love to inject into my designs while evoking a timeless quality from a bygone age.
