For this piece , I first listen to a song without thinking about what to draw . Next , I play the song again and start drawing with my eyes closed . Pencil is my favourite tool here but , I chose to work with charcoal . Once the song is finished , I open my eyes , look at the drawing and look for hidden patterns and images . Finally , through shading , the final image is created .
