For this Joseph Cornell Box inspired project I created a piece based on David Henry Hwang's M. Butterfly. The box itself is made of two frames. The contents include, a plastic bag painted with lipstick and eyeliner in a design inspired by the Peking Opera, a piece of glass, eyelashes, and plastic wrap.
