61c Memories
The 61c Memories project was a created as a gift for my partner's parents. The aim was to turn memories of their old house (number 61c) into art for their new one as they transition from family home of almost 60 years to a retirement unit. I decided to focus on preserving quirky details from their old house to help the images function as conversation starters when friends and family visit and lead to positive reminiscences. Each photo was cropped and mounted as a separate block to give the recipients choice and flexibility over when and how they could be displayed.
