Axolotl Shadowbox (Paper Craft)
I have always loved the idea of paper crafts- and what better way to create one? I found myself doodling this idea during lunch the other day on my iPad pro- layer by layer (there is a total of 6 laters on these). As soon as I got home I decided I would put my new card stock to the test and give it a go.
I found some "shadowboxes" at the dollar store with some writing on them in 6x6 format with a 5x5 imprint. My dad's friend figured out a way to remove the ink to make them plain so I could use them. Low and behold- this was the result!
The color version doesn't really allow light to shine through which is why I created a white version. Card stock is light 65 IBS and is cut on my Cricut Maker.
