MI-BOX is a smaller but growing competitor to PODS, offering mobile storage and moving container services. After initial research, it was suggested and later confirmed that most customers tend to be young adult women. As a result the design images favoring women and young families were used and a more subdued color palette adopted to better position the brand and soften the masculine feel of the logo and existing materials. A logical and intuitive site structure and navigation was developed, as well as an easy to use, online quotation/reservation tool to make the moving process as stress-free as possible. An article posting system allows the company to add helpful articles, adding value to the site and enhancing SEO. Local offices can access an online tool to update prices, special offers and other content items. Additional locations can easily added as the company expands.
