Apotheke is a cocktail apothecary, located in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Apotheke is inspired the artistic influence of absinthe dens in 19th century Paris. The branding was heavily inspired by the values of the establishment; the atmosphere and the exotic herbs and fruits used to create the drinks.
