ATypI Conference Handbook
University of Reading, Part 3, Design Practice
Project brief:
ATypI London 2013 is taking place at St Bride Library in London. You must design a conference handbook. ATypI members are an unusually astute audience, they care a great deal about typography, detail and all aspects of book production. Your handbook will need to look good, feel good and work in terms of accessing the information needed by conference goers over the five days.
Deliverables:
1. A conference brand
2. A conference handbook with formatted pages in your brand
3. Specification document
The inside pages of the book are printed on 80gsm matte paper stock, the cover on 200gsm matte orange paper stock.
The book was printed in 20 individual sections then section sewn by hand before the cover was separately glued.

Conference name 'Baseline'. Typeface 'Baseline' designed and created myself using FontStruct.
