pick a section of the selected poets given and illustrate a section of the poem using illustration or typography , also you must include a blurb about the poet himself within your design

I felt it was not necessary to give the full poem in my design i decided to take an extract of the most poignant line that struck me after my reading of robert frost road not taken , this would also create a air of mystery leaving the reader wanting more information .
I've chosen to use a muted black design to express the solemn decision that one must choose when they reach a set of roads in their lifetime.
the overlapping Futura question marks are used to symbolize  two roads but also a question"which shall I take"
For the text I selected erik spiekerman's officana typeface the characters are strong and weighty which i felt expressed the weight of the decision the readers question would be.
the lay out of the text is so the readers eye moves in a "S" like movement. The use of white for the body text and quote is make the text stand out and create contrast from the muted black back-round
