Boothbay Harbor, Maine
Another one of my favorite places to vacation in Maine. Located mid-coast, with a rocky shoreline that Maine is well-known for. While this area has become quite the tourist destination, I love that it's still a working lobster town. Buoys are scattered all over the harbor; fishing boats are out and about checking their traps. There is something very peaceful and satisfying about it.
