Research & Destroy: Graphic Design as Investigation

A kind of manifesto written by Daniel Van Der Velden in 2012, where it's criticised the role of Graphic Design through the time. It's about how graphic designers aren't just graphic designers but also editors, artists, writers and so on. Velden defends that Graphic Design should begin asking interesting questions instead of giving the wrong answers and this is why the role of Graphic Design it's not taken seriously, nowadays.
In this brochure it's presented the main ideas of "Research & Destroy" and its design was inspired in works made by Metahaven where Daniel Vand Der Velden has been collaborating with Maureen Mooren on a variety of design and editorial projects.
