Painting and Illustration Live Stream at Adobe

I joined Adobe's live team to share my process of creating a couple of illustrations using photoshop and a custom brush. During the live stream, we created an illustration of a figure enjoying food in a diner and we allowed the audience to share ideas of setting. The ending result was a universe made of sweets.
We started with a rough sketch and I provided a quick break-down of the pieces that were drawn and put together. The idea is to start with a simple, rough sketch. I approach illustrations like these with simple geometric shapes.
From there, we add color to the shapes and apply a custom brush using dark and light colors to add depth.

I decided to create an animation of the final to show the audience that simple shapes allow simple animations.
