The collection “Bon Voyage” is a Resort Wear collection for women inspired from the Cubist Paintings.
The theme portrays a the modern Indian woman who is experimental , fearless, fun loving and hardworking. The collection caters to the elite women who would dare to stand out and have a personal style statement. For these women, every travel is to an exotic destination be it for a holiday or work.The collection is developed after a thorough study and analysis of Cubist Paintings, capturing colors, shapes, feel and the idea behind these paintings. Block printing techniques are used in an different and contemporary way. The cubist inspiration comes out in the form of Cut & Sew as garment detailing.
Cubist Paintings have well defined crisp shapes. Taking reference from them, the garments are decided to be structured with straight, clean lines and the application of cut and sew to combine different prints.
