Lake Tahoe Food & Wine Festival
Sponsored by Lincoln Mercury, the Lake Tahoe Food & Wine Festival featured fine wines from over 20 West Coast and international wineries. A benefit for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the festival began in 2003 and took place at beautiful Sand Harbor State Park. Since weather conditions were unreliable, the festival was moved to Crystal Bay Casino in 2006.
Combined with cuisine from local restaurants such as The Big Water Grille, Hyatt's Ciao Mein Trattoria, P.F Chang's and Trader Joes, the festival attracted people from California and Nevada. Some of the wineries featured were J. Lohr, Hess Collection, Silver Oak, Trefethen and the festival included beers from around the world.
The cover illustration was used for the direct mail, email marketing, posters and flyers. We are proud to announce that the marketing won a MarCom Creative Gold award.
