This is the second of several from our trips to Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia. In this series, we have the Capital Building. Here is where the House of Burgesses would meet, along with where the Governor, the Kings representative, would hold court sessions for all crimes against the crown. In the sixth image, the guide, dressed in period attire, went through the typical process of law, negotiate the laws with the Governor, and finally the courtroom where the Governor would preside over the court.
