South Africa's national anthem starts with a hymn which became a song of defiance during the Apartheid regime. Taking a lead from these powerful lyrics, we used prayer as a device to call for unity and to present the Democratic Alliance's (DA) slogan for the 2019 Elections, "One South Africa for All".
Our second TV ad used a letter, from a grandmother to the DA's presidential candidate, as a way of communicating how employment corruption affects the ordinary South African and is an issue the DA is fighting to stop.
Our next ad went on the attack, citing examples of corruption in the ruling government as motivation for changing the status quo by taking a chance on a different political party.
And finally, we broadcast a rousing call for unity and hope just before South Africans went to the polls!
