Women Empowerment Hub

This building is going to elucidate how important it is targeting women in the society and empowering them as UN General Secretary Kofi Annan said, “There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women,” Thus to develop people you should educate and aware their women. Such study is important in order for Rashid to arise and become an active global city once more productive and efficient. Furthermore, an aim was formed to create a Women empowerment center in Rashid, Egypt that acts as a gear that will speed up the wheel of production in which all people can benefits from this place in different ways; socially and economically.
The project should be functional and symbolic at the same time, to deliver the concept through the experience and make the goal of women empowerment more visible and highlighted. Moreover, the color scheme and the materials used is mostly recyclable, natural, from context and has connection with the city built in it; to have the highest level of intimacy with people and specially the women there who have their own norms and culture behavior , thus they feel they are at home and accepted not as an outsider or odd from the space that is supposed to be designed to fit their wants and needs to become better people in the society ..

Women have had to struggle a lot more to break norms and to push society as a whole out of their old ways of thinking to realize the crucial roles women can and do play in helping building more successful system with sustainable economies. Every day, girls face barriers and gaps from lack of education caused by poverty, cultural norms and practices, poor infrastructure, violence, and fragility. Through the education of women in leadership, business, marketing, farming and social work, gaps will disappear gradually encouraging society to move forward and the cycle of the gear speed up production.
