Zamalek Apartment
It was looking dull and worn out from the previous occupant's changes made to the apartment.
The challenge was to convert this dull place to a cozy modern apartment in Zamalek, during only 5 months schedule.

The Demolition
We had to tear down everything, even the wooden floors were beyond restoration so we had to remove them too, we only kept the original walls and moldings.

The Terrace
This turned out to be a mini project of its own, turning a wasted space over the shops to a nice terrace garden, it was a great addition to the main project and added a lot of property value to the apartment.
This roof was full of garbage and old neglected stuff, we had to clean the whole roof and add stairs to easily reach it, double protected the lower floors with CMB's "Ceroplast" and waterproofing membrane, finished the floors, and turned the wasted space to a nice roof garden terrace!
