Usability Testing
This is the research plan that was executed in order to test my design on target users. It was focused on two main use cases: donation and adoption. Tests were given through Validately.
Participants were tested on whether they could make a donation.
Participants were tested on whether they could find the adoption process steps.
Participants were tested on whether they could filter the pets up for adoption to only display dogs.
Participants were tested on whether they could find a specific pet's detailed description.
Participants were tested on whether they could complete the adoption process by sending in an application.
From the four Validately test results, these were the findings and how I can improve the product before release.
Based on usability testing results, fixes were made to improve the design.
