Charles River Consortium proposed logos
Charles River Consortium is a financial start-up in Boston providing professional advice and services covering a broad range of activities including structuring joint ventures and special purpose limited partnerships, facilitating and structuring acquisitions and mergers, venture capital structuring, private equity transactions, company reorganizations and corporate governance.
BSB Design was commissioned to create a logo for the startup. Below are select designs from multiple rounds of the creative process with the final submitted logo on the top. The earliest rounds featured colorful, graphic-heavy options based on colors from nature to fit the Charles River name. Later rounds featured more conservative, text-heavy options, primarily utilizing blue to connote CRC's place in the financial sector and yellows and greens to signify freshness and energy.
