The goal of this project was to redesign the entire text of the book "Design Is a Job" by Mike Monteiro. For this assignment I was challenged to design the layout to express the author's voice. I played with the aspects of being a graphic designer, with having every chapter page look as if it was being created on an Adobe Illustrator art board. I created a grid pattern for the book band and end paper. For the final product I perfect bound it by hand with black book cloth.
