17:00-17:00 Reiterazione è una performance collettiva progettata dagli studenti del terzo anno in Progettazione Grafica e Comunicazione Visiva all’iISIA di Urbino. La performance consiste nella scelta di regole al fine di creare un meccanismo molto rigido, attraverso il quale esperire una situazione fuori dal consueto. Il tema cardine, come suggerito dal titolo, è la ripetizione. L’accezione che acquisisce il termine è quella di rituale, ma anche di ripetizione esasperata.

17: 00-17: 00 Reiteration is a collective performance designed by third-year students in Graphic Design and Visual Communication at the iISIA in Urbino. Performance consists in the choice of rules in order to create a very rigid mechanism, through which to experience a situation out of the ordinary. The key theme, as suggested by the title, is repetition. The meaning that the term acquires is that of ritual, but also of exasperated repetition.

L’atmosfera costruite è asettica, minimalista. Il performer è un numero, che privato di qualsiasi cosa, si trova a dover ripetere l’azione indicata dalle regole dell’area in cui si trova. Ovviamente fino a che la voce guida non lo chiamerà e gli ordinerà di passare in un’altra area. Essenzialmente non ci sono scopi o fini determinati. L’esperienza è soggettiva e priva di aspettative. Le direzioni che si intraprendono sono e possono essere diverse, sia per ogni performer che per ognuno degli spettatori che osservano.

The built atmosphere is aseptic, minimalist. The performer is a number, who deprived of anything, finds himself having to repeat the action indicated by the rules of the area in which he is located. Obviously until the guide voice calls him and orders him to move to another area. There are essentially no specific aims or ends. The experience is subjective and devoid of expectations. The directions that are taken are and can be different, both for each performer and for each of the spectators who observe.
