interstate type specimen

this book is about the amazing font of interstate. it is a font used for, you guessed it, the interstate. the font has been used for years and is very much used today with little design change. all despite this it is extremely under appreciated and sometimes hated for telling you how to drive. But none of this is the fonts fault, it didn't tell you how fast to drive the law did. A problem with the font is it makes terrible body text. But the font wasn't really designed to be body text.
