The client requested a project to bring a contemporary perspective to the site. The unit is determined by materiality and completed with brick masonries. The white color determines the sense of appreciation of the geometric volumes and ratifies the horizontal composition given to the group of elements. These two residences frame the corner of a new neighbourhood development in the city, with a different proposal within an exuberant green area. Through the use of wood and brick the proposal seeks the intimacy and closeness of a vernacular architecture, but with a language appropriate to our time. The project was developed with the Zoom+ Arquitetura team.​​​​​​​
