One of my major initiatives while working at MGAC has been the implementation of a monthly internal e-mail newsletter, the 'MGAC Monthly'. Due to lack of bandwidth and other limitations, the former newsletter had stopped being distributed, and due to company politics, a simple reintroduction of that newsletter was not possible. 

Noting a definitive lack of internal communication, I pushed for the implementation of a new, fresh company newsletter - and thus was born 'The Monthly'. While maintaining many similarities to its previous iteration, The Monthly's refreshed look and cheeky attitude—now including a visual rebus puzzle , a note from the president of the company, along with other fun easter eggs—was well received, and has seen a positive impact on company communication.
