Artist Statement

I create a lot of my projects using pencil.  I outline where i should shade making lights marks with my pencil.  I then go back and fill in these areas to match the shade of the original.  Finally,. I may blend some parts of the piece together to give a good transition between the areas of the project.

Most of my inspiration comes from things I enjoyed as a kid and still enjoy now.  I choose to do these things because they are things that can always make me happy.  I feel by recreating these things the happiness will show in my art and bring that happiness to others.
