PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Our assignment was to create a A1 size poster to be posted in Basel, Switzerland to announce the opening for The Museum of Things. This exercise was meant to give us a project to strengthen our practical skills, since our school also had a lot of focus on Design Research.

My concept was to represent the categorization of objects, which would provide an example of the range of object displayed in the museum. Also it hints to the connections the curators and visitors would make between the objects. The posters would be displayed sequentially, the simplest poster first followed by the more complicated posters. As an interactive piece, the mailer and website would have a feature that allowed the reader to make their own categorizations which than can be compared with other visitors.
