Every November 20th is celebrated in Brazil the Black Consciousness Day. It's a holyday to remember - with every shame - that we were one of the countries that most used slave work in the world for more than 300 years. This fact still has severe reflects in our society nowadays. The company I work in runs every year a seminar about afro-brazilian culture. In this year edition, I was asked to create the poster for the event. This was my way to pay honor to those who helped shape the country with the blood and sweat of their slave work.
