Road trip to Bisbee Az.

I take an annual trip with my daughter to Bisbee Arizona, for a little known Indie music fest called Side Pony Express. Bisbee is a historic mining town, and a ghost town as well, with many cool ghost tours and historic walking tours. Although I had been there three times prior, amazingly I missed this one street that is only about a mile out of town.

It is considered a separate town, a former historic town called Lowell, Az. We were actually leaving Bisbee ready to be on the road home when we stumbled upon this street, and of course then I spent a good extra hour, at least, photographing it.

There were a few extremely friendly stray dogs who surely are fed scraps by locals there, and a friendly speckled dog decided to park himself in front of this amazing mural wall and old truck striking a pose.

Additionally, I found some very interesting old rusty finials and burial monuments in the Bisbee cemetery. I often enjoy photographing weathered and worn rusty objects.
