Don’t lose hope if weight loss is not working for you. There are many diets out there that people try but still fail. Look out at the world around you. There are so many fat people walking around it’s almost insane. What to do? Stop eating. Get lots of exercise. By working out more, you can burn more of the fat that is weighing you down. And if you stop eating, you will stop putting on the calories that will be responsible for generating the fat that you are suffering from. Youh ave to remember that obesity is just really cause and effect. You are fat because you eat a lot which generates fat which you do not burn because you do not exercise. It’s so simple right? But if you’re lazy and have little self control, there are ways around that. You can make it slightly more complicated. Let’s say if you still want to eat, you can put on high fiber foods that will make you full right away but still have little calories so you put on less fat. Weight loss does not come easy but by eating a lot of lettuce and brocolli you are essentially cutting down on the food you eat. Let’s say you don’t want to put in the hours at the gym or think it’s really just too painful. Then all you have to do is walk a bit and maybe carry a ten pound weight in your backpack. Maybe that will help you burn the additional calories taht you need to start cutting down on all that extra fat. See? It’s so easy. If you like playing basketball, do it more times per week. Eat less. Skip dinner. Weight loss is easy and you don’t have to keep sticking to a fad diet. Diets are dangerous if you don’t watch out.
People have been known to have bad health because they adapted poorly to fad diets while they were trying to look for an easy way out. This is dangerous and should not be the way to live. Remember, you have to watch out for your health.
