User Persona & Customer Journey Map

Problem/Ask:
Uncover and determine what content is needed in order to support a fully functional dental student section as part of a larger Expert Portal website.

Process/Solution:
In working with the available data that had been previously collected, as well as researching how dental students navigate their way through school, I lead the effort to create a user persona, which was then used to help create and define the user's journey in a customer journey map.
This journey map lead to providing a set of questions that were going to be asked to dental students and hygienists currently enrolled in school, in order to gain even greater "real world" feedback.
