Tuning Energy is a Saint Petersburg-based company in Russia, specializing in the sale of chip tuning equipment and car diagnostics for various vehicles, including cars and trucks. The client approached me seeking a brand identity for their new business. The project included the design of the logo, basic stationery, and brand guidelines. Tuning Energy's logo draws inspiration from racing cars, particularly the distinctive stripes seen on vehicles like Martini Racing's cars and the photography of English photographer Peter Aylward. The typographic logo is entirely composed of these racing stripes, evoking a sense of speed and movement. The inclined letters further contribute to this dynamic imagery. The result is a powerful visual system where the stripes take center stage in the composition. The use of red and blue against a white background enhances the perception of speed.
