Data is mine project is the result of a post-graduation course in Strategic Design and Innovation at Instituto Europeo di Design (São Paulo) in November 2017.
This work proposes the elaboration of a Strategic Design Project under the subject Smart Cities by the Design Fiction approach. From the understanding of the concept of Smart Cities and the exercise of building a future scenario from the analysis of the film Elysium (2013), we designed the Regenerative City context. Within this context, we have chosen a problem to be addressed, online personal data privacy, and we use the tools and mindsets of the Strategic Design to project the solution presented here.
