Her core values are:
Authenticity

Creative thinking

Decisiveness
Adaptability
Universal right to wealth
I also created a manifesto for Sheila to use in guiding her company forward:

Share your unique truth with the world.
There is something amazing within you... a special gift for the world that only you can give. Everyone has a unique perspective on life, which means that everyone has a valuable truth that only they can offer. The world needs your unique truth so that other people may grow through your experience.

Strive to plant seeds of connection in people.
In today's technology driven world so many entrepreneurs are driven by data and hiding behind our gadgets, thats we often overlook the human aspect of marketing and business. I define connection as a moment of shared affinity.  The best ways to create a better sales and life for both yourself and those around you is to create connections wherever you go.

Commit to creating you as the “Prize”.
Customers don’t buy from people they like, they buy from those they trust and PRIZE.  Honesty and likeability are important, but if people don’t see you as valuable, aka “The Prize” they will never do business with you. Many companies focus merely on the “Features, Advantages and Benefits” of what they’re selling. The key is to set up an environment where YOU become the PRIZE. People by from people, not companies.

The power of small wins.
It’s always important to keep an eye on the bigger picture. Yet many entrepreneurs get obsessed with creating the perfect plan and they never get around to putting one together. It all starts with small wins  that produces progress, which gives you motivation and ultimately leads to massive momentum. When you’re running a business, it’s easy to get bogged down in the day-to-day running of your empire. If your nose is always to the grindstone, it’s incredibly easy to miss those opportunities to grow your company.

Embrace the journey and empower the people you meet along the way.
The destination isn’t what will create positive change in your business; it’s the journey and the people you meet that will create that change. Embrace the road with an open mind so you can learn and grow faster than you have ever imagined.

Trust your intuition.
We'd all love to trust our intuition—if only we could hear it. To trust your intuition, you must quiet the clamor.  Everyone has had an experience where their gut feeling turned out to be true but missed the opportunity. Your intuition is a powerful tool you can use to grow your business. Use that tool.

T.E.A.M Together Everyone Achieves More.
A leader is only as effective as his team. But building trust takes time and conscious effort. People don’t trust words, they trust actions. You are only as strong as your team, and your team is something you need to build.  I teach my clients how to train, manage, and empower their people like I do my own.

You cannot succeed alone.
Nobody fails alone and nobody succeeds alone. Pay very close attention to the people around you. To pull yourself up by the bootstraps and forge your own path is noble but hardly does any one practically do it alone. You need other partners, smart hires, advisers, mentors and even stories of people who have already done it before. You can only maximise your strengths and where you fall short, you need others’ strengths to create something truly amazing.
