RTL Netherlands asked us to come up with a 2nd screen application. Because it was shortly before the left the country to shoot the program, we were very restricted about possibilities. We couldn't create an entire new world and had to face the short period of production time. This is the concept we came up with.
My role: concept (copy for the presentation)
In this 2nd screen application you can track the expidition your own. Before, and after each episode you’ll do new discoveries. While during the program you can play the expedition yourself. Live. If you succeed to get a top-3 score, you have a change of winning your own expedition together with 5 friends during the live finals. Not a player? You also have a change to reach the finals by scoring the golden Chio coint in one of the Chio bags.
