When we converted The Westin St. John from hotel rooms to timeshare villas, it became a very sought-after product. We needed a brochure worthy of the property, the island, and the asking price.
The copy involved a lot of research. I used accolades, island facts, experiential copy, brand features, and a fold-out page featuring year-round activities. Though this brochure was expensive to print, first quarter sales were 30% above projections and the property was sold out in less than two years... a rare feat in the timeshare industry.
