This project was my most successful project during my time on the Foundation Degree. As a course we required to plan, organise and host an exhibition showcasing work from the live brief included in this module. There were nine students in total and after much deliberation, the title we settled on for our exhibition was ‘NINE’. We decided to tie each piece of work to the number nine. I decided to create nine different outcomes, this would be nine different motivational quotes that are based around strength, journeys and opportunities. These all represent various stages and challenges i have faced personally. Included were various topics including bullying, education and progression to further education. I made the decision to produce six typographic and three screen printed outcomes. When planning an exhibition we set each person on the course a different task, mine was within the marketing team, one of the tasks I had to do was have meeting with the college’s social media team to organise when they would advertise the exhibition on their social media pages and I was also part of the team creating the branding for the exhibition. The logo that we created was nine individual dots and they are all connected by one line which represents nine individual students connected by one course.
