Sophia's Story:
"Sophia is now 4 years old but was diagnosed with High-risk AML leukemia at 19 months.
She underwent 4 rounds of chemotherapy, after which she had to receive a bone marrow transplant from a donor. She was still so little at the time. It was from an umbilical cord. It’s was 9 long hard months of being stuck in the hospital with lots of ups and downs.
Thanks to the lord she is two years cancer free, on no medicine and getting ready to start preschool this summer!"
