Rock Bottom
This video is a digital awareness to the opioid epidemic. I used Adobe Premier to create a looping video. We had to research the opioid epidemic and write a paper on our findings and where we stand with our reactions to it. I have a personal experience with a family member who struggles with opioid use, so this awareness project was personal to me. I have the content moving against each other and nearly touching to depict the two controversial sides of "Rock Bottom." Some people believe in Rock Bottom being the only answer and I am challenging that by putting all of the stereotypical responses to what "rock bottom" is, and combatting that with repeating my message. "Rock Bottom is not the answer." I want this piece to be informational and evoke thought and conversation through the use of typography only.
