Team Crop it like it’s hot
Growly - The “It’s Getting Hot in Here,” theme took us in a unique direction. We figured what plant better withstands the heat more than a succulent? Growly is a fun new way to buy succulents. Not only does the user receive a curated recommendation of succulents based on their taste, they also can gain achievements and care for their plants in their “virtual garden.”

Hot + Handy is an app that helps people who like to do good deeds in their community, find friends to do it with. Do good deeds, and meet other hot people in the process. Hotness increases after each finished deed.

PoolShare - Share Pools, Get Paid, Have Fun! - PoolShare is a platform that allows people with pools to rent out their backyard space and get paid. People looking for a place to escape the heat can find a pool in their area, pay the homeowner an agreed amount, and rent out the pool space for an agreed period of time.

While Phoenix is far from the coastlines that will be most immediately affected by climate change, we still face serious issues in our city’s future. Our mobile experience is an effort to drive preventative action with Environment Arizona by illustrating how day to day life will change over the next 40 years.
