I worked as the National Park Service's Project Manager for the design and construction of the Metis Village House.  The structure was reconstructed with exacting detail, based on archaeological and archival findings from the original 1843 structure. The hardware was forged by the Fort Balcksmith's and the wood was from the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. I modeled the structure, produced drawings, and led much of the construction.
