Prep & Flex is a one-stop-shop for meal prep and fitness aiming to provide affordable, easy and quality recipes to the average Joe pursuing a healthier lifestyle. At P&F, they understand that you will have drinks on the weekend with your buddies and sometimes choose a nap over working out. The blog was founded on the foundations of pursuing a balanced lifestyle and connecting with every day people who have the common goal of making healthier choices, while not sacrificing life's simple joys.
I wanted to create an identity that evoked stability and durability, qualities vital for success in the gym and kitchen. Through the use of smart iconography, an anchored composition, and strong typography, I was able to create a minimal aesthetic that reflects their core values: maximizing time and efficiency, cutting out excess and living a healthy life.
