These two posters were entered into competition to represent the fifth annual Atlanta Jewish Music Festival. In my submitted designs, I sought to create two very different feels.
The poster on the left captures the fun and excitement of the festival, using bright colors on a soft grey background. Since the theme of the festival isn't one specific type of music, the featured artists populate many genres. This variety is suggested by the many typefaces and designs on the picks.

The poster on the right evokes the more nostalgic and relaxed feel of a summer music festival. Summer music festivals often stretch into the evening due to the warm weather, especially in Atlanta. These become quiet, memorable moments full of soft lighting, fireflies, and people coming together to enjoy music together.
