Recognize the need and unplug.
I do believe there should be a balance of work and play to be successful. Recharging yourself from being so drained and focusing on your personal health and growth. This idea came across to me where my friends and I would take the time out of finals week to disconnect ourselves from stress. Some people may say it was irresponsible and not being efficient with our time, however, we felt refreshed and motivated.
